Outdoor Booths (10x10): Perfect for larger displays or interactive setups in the scenic surroundings of Fort Worden.
Indoor Tables: Choose between one or two 6-foot tables in our indoor vendor area for a focused and accessible presence.
Vendor Benefits
Vendors contributing $1,000 or more as sponsors receive:
A Full Vending Spot (outdoor booth or indoor table options).
Public Recognition as a sponsor on our website and promotional materials.
A Weekend Pass for the conference (registration code provided upon payment).

Please note:
Space is limited, so early application is encouraged.
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, teardown, and any materials needed.
Outdoor booth vendors should prepare for variable weather conditions.
